SCX Logistics Amata Chonburi is located in Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate, Chonburi Province, a global manufacturing hub for the automotive, electrical appliance, and electronics industries. The location is close to motorways, airports, and seaports. It also benefits from the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), including corporate income tax exemptions of up to 13 years under the Board of Investment (BOI) promotion measures, Free Zone privileges for operators in targeted industries, as well as deductions for logistics and energy-related expenses.
With a total leasable area of 37,000 square meters, the project is designed to support both ready-built and built-to-suit formats. Green Space and Ecosystem
The project provides open space covering no less than 25% of the building area. It uses local plants and landscape design that help reduce urban heat and increase rainwater absorption.
Indoor Well-Being
The project features a well-designed ventilation system to reduce the accumulation of volatile substances from materials. It also incorporates natural light and indoor temperature control to create a suitable working environment.
Sustainable Use of Materials
The project uses recycled and locally sourced materials in accordance with green building criteria, helping reduce the carbon footprint from construction and supporting the circular economy.
