SCX Corporation Co., Ltd., a new flagship business under SC Asset, announces a 5-year investment roadmap (2025-2029) of 20,000 million baht, focusing on strategic investments in businesses with strong growth potential. By 2029, SCX aims to generate profits from the Recurring Income business, targeting a proportion of more than 25% of the total profit from all business groups of SC. SCX will have a total Assets Portfolio value of up to 40,000 million baht. The investment will be implemented across three businesses: warehouse business (SCX Logistics), hotel business (SCX Hospitality), and office building business (SCX Working Solutions). The company is confident in delivering high-quality, professional, and environmentally friendly products and services.

SCX Logistics
Develop rental warehouses covering locations in Bangna, EEC, and Ayutthaya-Wang Noi.
By 2029, the total rental area will be 700,000 square meters.
SCX Hospitality
Develop hotels in 4 main tourist locations: Bangkok, Pattaya, Samui, and Phuket.
By 2029, there will be a total of more than 2,000 rooms.
SCX Working Solutions
Improve over 120,000 square meters of office building rental space. Integrate technology to meet user needs and focus on environmental concerns.
Furthermore, SCX Corporation also plans to implement Zero Carbon Emission Program in all its businesses including Green Building, the installation of EV charging stations, the installation of solar rooftop and the selection of eco-friendly construction tools and materials in order to reaffirm the company’s commitment and responsibility towards the society and the environment according to SC Asset’s SCero Mission.
