SCX Corporation Co., Ltd., the flagship new business company under SC Asset, which drives Engine 2 or recurring income businesses, has delivered strong performance with its first project, SCX Logistics Bangna Km. 23. The ready-built warehouse project has achieved 100% occupancy immediately after its launch.

The project is a high-standard ready-built warehouse and factory for lease, located in the Purple Zone industrial area in the high-potential Bangna location.

SCX Logistics Bangna Km. 23 offers a total leasable area of 16,740 square meters. Construction was completed in September 2024, with building handovers to tenants beginning in October 2024. Tenants include factory operators from China as well as warehouse operators from leading companies in Thailand.
